  Initiated and led a Teams AI assistant, from a Copilot Studio v1 to a custom 3-agent system with RAG and ERP lookups, for the employees of Nomin Holding, one of Mongolia's largest retail and trade groups →result: rolled out in Microsoft Teams to about 6,000 employees.

   Ganada Mongolia · Contract CTO

   Built and run ganada.mn, the operations portal of a Korean-language school with 10,000+ learners. Automation consultant there in 2022–2023.

How I work

• Discovery first. I start with the people who do the work, then fix the scope. 20+ discovery sessions became fixed-scope proposals.
• Production, not demos. I ship to real users and protect live systems: ganada.mn runs with 100 migrations and 69+ test files.
• Grounded AI. AI answers from approved sources and hands off to a person: an admissions assistant that never invents prices, RAG over 755 regulations.
• Plain language for executives. I present options to management and teach at scale: 9,304 public-school staff trained with the Ministry of Education.
• Ownership past launch. I train the people who keep the system running: the Intune rollout went to Nomin’s support team with training and six documented work packages.

• Contract CTO at Ganada Mongolia, running ganada.mn.
• Pinecone / Morphosis Forward Deployed Engineer programme: I own the agent pipeline, CI/CD and Azure deployment of a 4-person team’s insurance prior-authorization copilot (RAG, structured LLM extraction, PII redaction, human-in-the-loop). Demo Day: November 2026.
