• Nomin GPT, an internal AI assistant for ~6,000 employees

  Initiated and led a Teams AI assistant, from a Copilot Studio v1 to a custom 3-agent system with RAG and ERP lookups, for the employees of Nomin Holding, one of Mongolia's largest retail and trade groups →result: rolled out in Microsoft Teams to about 6,000 employees.

• ganada.mn, one operations portal for a school with 10,000+ learners

  Built and run a Next.js and Supabase operations portal with Entra SSO, an OpenAI admissions assistant and a lead bot, for Ganada Mongolia, a Korean-language school and study-abroad agency →result: contracts, classes, attendance, grades and finance in one system, with enquiries answered 24/7.

• Empasoft, CTO of a Microsoft partner and trainer of 9,304 people

  Led client discovery, Power Platform delivery and Microsoft training at national scale, for Empasoft, a Microsoft partner serving 300+ corporate clients, and its clients →result: 20+ client systems delivered and 9,304 public-school staff trained with the Ministry of Education.

• Microsoft Intune rollout to ~4,000 devices at Nomin Holding: ERP → Active Directory sync into 20 dynamic Entra groups, so 87% of 1,914 accounts were grouped automatically.
• IT-incident triage at Nomin: Power Automate catches outage messages in Teams, OpenAI classifies system and severity, and the IT group chat is alerted.
• Insurance prior-authorization copilot (Pinecone FDE programme, 4-person team): I own the agent pipeline, CI/CD and Azure deployment.
• Intune endpoint-security baseline for QPay, Mongolia’s QR payment gateway, delivered in 6 days.
• Timesheet and leave app for Petro Matad (30 staff, 5 departments), delivered in 15 days.
• Mining-equipment ordering from remote camps on Power Apps for Gobi Resource Development and Khaan Bulag International.
• Kaspersky licence orders automated through the vendor’s REST API for Mont, working with the vendor’s Kazakhstan team until production access.
• UB Salon (co-founder & CTO): a two-sided beauty-services marketplace on Expo / React Native and Supabase, with Mongolian DAN e-ID.
• ZAM (co-founder & CTO): an offline-first driving-theory exam app with an AI tutor that explains each rule.
• Baymax: a self-hosted, multi-machine AI-agent platform with a voice interface tuned to a Mongolian accent.
